All clients begin with a required 1:1 coaching session ($100).
During this session, we will review your situation, identify the documents or services you need, and outline your next steps.
Step 1: Complete Your Digital Intake Form
Click the "Book Your 1:1 Session" button to fill out our brief, secure digital intake form. This form allows you to share your case details, outline your situation, and sign our required legal disclaimers natively on your phone or computer—no PDFs to download or fill out required!
Step 2: Lock In Your Session on the Calendar
The exact second you submit your intake form, the final confirmation screen will display our official Google Calendar link. Click that link right away to select your preferred 60-minute time slot and officially lock in your 1:1 coaching session with Ebony.
Step 3: Email Your Court Documents (The 48-Hour Rule)
To ensure the highest quality of service, please email your current custody orders, pending motions, or relevant case materials directly to forms@parentsunitedforjusticeinc.com right after booking.
Important: All documents must be received at least 48 hours (business days) prior to your session so our team has adequate time to review them.
Step 4: Attend Your 1:1 Strategy Session
We will meet with you for 60 minutes to thoroughly review your situation, organize your details, and map out a clear, strategic legal path forward.
Step 5: Move Forward with Services
If you choose to proceed with our comprehensive document preparation services following your strategy call, your $100 session fee will be fully credited and applied toward your selected document package.
Our one-hour, one-on-one sessions with Ebony provide individuals and families with personalized support to help them organize, plan, and prepare for their next legal steps with confidence.
Includes preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents such as custody filings, motions, subpoenas, discovery packets, and evidence binders.
We assist self-represented litigants and families with family law, civil, and small claims cases.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
All payments and bookings are non-refundable. By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. Failure to submit the required intake form and supporting documents at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may result in cancellation and/or rescheduling fees. Appointments cannot be facilitated without a completed intake form.
