Step 1: Book Your 1:1 Session

Secure your appointment through our booking link. This session is required before any services begin.

Step 2: Complete Your Intake Form

After booking, you will receive a fillable PDF intake form via email and in your booking confirmation. This form must be downloaded, completed, and submitted prior to your session.

Step 3: Submit Your Intake Form & Documents

Once completed, your intake form and any additional documents must be submitted for review.

You may upload your completed intake form and documents through the provided Google Form link or email them in advance.

Please include your current custody order (if applicable) and any relevant case materials you would like reviewed.

All documents must be submitted prior to your scheduled session.

Step 4: Attend Your Session

We will review your case, provide guidance, and outline your next steps.

Step 5: Move Forward with Services (If Applicable)

If you proceed, your $100 session fee will be applied toward your selected document preparation services.
